Acceptance of terms

By using Guppy you agree to these terms and any additional policies we reference. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

What Guppy provides

• A bodyweight calisthenics training app with a placement test, progressive workouts, and an exercise library.
• Core features work offline and do not require an account; your training data stays on your device.
• Optional one-time purchases (like Guppy Pro) may unlock custom routines, split training, structured programs, and skill paths.

Health and safety

• Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have medical conditions or injuries.
• Use proper form, warm up, rest appropriately, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
• You are responsible for exercising within your limits. Guppy provides guidance, not medical advice.

User responsibilities

• Keep your device secure and ensure information you log is accurate for your training.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt Guppy or its content.
• Feedback you share can be used to improve Guppy without obligation or compensation.

Billing and purchases

Paid features (including the one-time Guppy Pro upgrade or optional tips) are handled through the App Store. Apple’s terms govern charges, refunds, and cancellations. Features may evolve as we improve the product; we will communicate materially impactful changes when possible.

Data and privacy

Workout history and preferences are stored locally on your device. Resetting data or deleting the app removes that training history. Support requests may include information you choose to share so we can assist. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Termination

You can stop using Guppy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may request deletion of your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Guppy is provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Where allowed, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

Changes and contact
