- Limited free access is available only after a trial or paid subscription ends.
- Community sharing and feedback responses are optional, in-app product analytics are opt-in, and attribution uses Apple's tracking permission.
Acceptance of terms
By using Guppy you agree to these terms and any additional policies we reference. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
What Guppy provides
- An iPhone calisthenics training app with onboarding, placement, generated workouts, logging, timers, history, and progression guidance.
- Account-required access through the current free trial or paid subscription offer shown in the app.
- Limited free access after a free trial or paid subscription expires or is canceled.
- Training features including custom routines, split days, structured programs, skill paths, and community program tools when available in your build.
Health and safety
- Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have medical conditions or injuries.
- Warm up, rest appropriately, use proper form, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
- You are responsible for exercising within your limits. Guppy provides guidance, not medical advice.
Community features and shared content
- You need a Guppy account to use the app, and some community actions can require a claimed username.
- If you claim a username or publish a program, you are responsible for the content you share and must have permission to share it.
- We may remove community content or restrict access if it is abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful to the service.
Billing and purchases
Guppy requires an account and active access for new users. The app can offer a free trial or paid subscription through the App Store, and limited free access is available only after a trial or paid subscription expires or is canceled. Apple handles charges, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under its own terms, while Clerk is used for account sign-in and RevenueCat manages entitlement state, an account-linked app user ID, and linked account attributes such as email address and display name when available.
Data and privacy
Training history and preferences are stored locally on your device by default. Account sign-in, purchases, analytics, attribution, in-app feedback, and community sharing use third-party services only for those specific features. RevenueCat may also forward subscription lifecycle events and attached subscriber attributes to PostHog through its server-side integration. If you allow Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, AppsFlyer may use device identifiers and a signed-in app user ID, when available, for install attribution and campaign measurement across apps and websites. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Guppy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or abuse optional community features.
Limitation of liability
Guppy is provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Where allowed, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use Guppy after changes means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email support@followusai.com.
